Artem Dubinskiy has a diverse and extensive work experience. Artem served as the International Business Development and Co-Founder at VizorLabs, where they led a team specializing in computer vision and machine learning for work safety and industrial processes control. Prior to that, at ConsulStaff, they were the Managing Partner for International Business Development, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and marketing. Artem also worked at Finanziaria Internazionale as the General Director of Foreign Business Units, overseeing international business development. Earlier in their career, they held positions at ARD Group (ARD Consulting) as the Head of Representative Office in Italy and later as an International Business Development Manager. At Lukoil, they served as the Head of M&A and Strategic Partnership Projects Evaluation. Artem also worked as a Project Manager at Monitor Deloitte (formerly Monitor Group) and as a Consultant at A.T. Kearney.

Artem Dubinskiy pursued their education in a sequential manner, with their earliest recorded period of study being from 2001 to 2003 at The University of Wolverhampton UK. During this time, they earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration. Following this, they attended the State University of Management (SUM) from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Economics. Finally, in 2012 and 2013, Artem attended SDA Bocconi, completing their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Finance, Strategy, and Marketing.
