Kenny Tan has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Kenny started their career in IT support at Bayer CropScience in 2006 and later worked as an IT support professional at CSC. In 2007, they joined Astro Production as a Server Administrator, where they gained experience in troubleshooting and maintaining Mac OSX, FCP, and Server. Kenny then transitioned to Astro as a Project Engineer, where they gained knowledge and experience in baseband and project coordination.

In 2011, Kenny joined Thomson Video Networks as a Field Services Engineer, providing support on compression headend systems for DTH, IPTV, and OTT. After that, they worked at Harmonic as a Field Services Engineer, where they gained expertise in DTH, OTT, and IPTV platforms. Kenny traveled to various countries to deliver services, including configuring, performing UAT, preparing SOPs, providing training, and offering after-sales support.

From 2019 to 2022, Kenny worked at Sony EMCS (Malaysia) as part of the project management team. Kenny coordinated projects, managed timelines, risks, and vendors, and communicated with developers to understand critical requirements. Kenny also handled stakeholders' requirements via Sharepoint.

Currently, Kenny is working as a Customer Support Engineer at Vizrt Group, starting in 2022. Overall, they have a strong background in project management, customer support, and field services engineering in the broadcast and IT industries.

Kenny Tan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computing and Information System from the University of Nottingham, where they studied from 2005 to 2006.
