Ulrich Voigt

Ulrich Voigt has a diverse work experience in the media and entertainment industry. Ulrich currently holds the position of Global Head of Product Management at Vizrt Group, where they are responsible for leading the product management team in providing visual storytelling tools for media content creators. Ulrich is also the Global Lead for Cloud Transformation at the same company. Prior to joining Vizrt Group, Ulrich worked at Qvest Media as the Head of Design, overseeing the development of multi-system technology solutions and products in the broadcast, broadcast-IT, and cloud domains. Ulrich also worked at IBM Global Business Services - Media and Entertainment as a Senior Lead IT Architect, leading the planning and implementation of broadcast production, distribution, and archive systems for major broadcasters worldwide. Ulrich has extensive experience in the industry, including roles as Lead IT Architect at IBM Deutschland - Media and Entertainment and as a Consultant for Media and Broadcast Projects at IBM Deutschland. Ulrich'searlier experience includes working as an Event Engineer at Anlo Veranstaltungstechnik and as a Freelancer in Media Pedagogy at Jugendclub der evangelischen Auferstehungsgemeinde Praunheim.

Ulrich Voigt obtained their Abitur degree from Liebigschule Frankfurt am Main between 1982 and 1991. Ulrich then pursued higher education at Technische Universität Darmstadt from 1991 to 1997, where they received a Diplom-Ingenieur (Dipl.-Ing.) degree in Nachrichtentechnik. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include the certifications such as Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers and Manager as Coach from LinkedIn, AWS Partner: Sales Accreditation (Business) from Amazon Web Services (AWS), Product Focus Certified Product Manager from Product Focus, Security Journey - White Belt from Security Journey, Architect Profession Certification - Certified IT Architect from IBM, and Master Certified IT Architect from The Open Group.
