Kaspars Rade

Kaspars Rade has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kaspars worked at Vizulo as the Head of Production Planning, where they oversaw production planning and purchasing. Kaspars also developed automated tools using Excel, VBA, Python, and PBI to reduce costs. Additionally, Kaspars managed and developed the ERP system for company-wide use. Prior to this, they worked at Balticovo AS as a Production Planning Manager, where they were responsible for production planning and the development of the ERP system. Kaspars also created production planning tools and report generators using Excel and VBA. Kaspars also held roles as an Analyst and Administrative Assistant at Balticovo AS. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Surveyor at A Komanda Ltd. and GEOPLANS.

Kaspars Rade completed their high school education at Rīgas Valdorfskola from 1993 to 2005. Then, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, General from Banku Augstskola, graduating in 2012.
