Dawn Kraft

Dawn Kraft, PHR, SHRM-CP, has over 24 years of work experience in various roles. Dawn started their career as an Office Manager at Wisconsin Securities Partners in 1997 and later transitioned to VJS Construction Services, Inc. where they held roles such as Executive Assistant/Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Success Manager, and currently serves as the Human Resources Director. Throughout their career, Dawn has focused on recruiting, retaining outstanding talent, and providing exceptional employee experiences.

Dawn Kraft, PHR, SHRM-CP, graduated from Lubar College of Business in 2001 with a degree in Business, specializing in Finance. Dawn obtained their PHR certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2007 and their SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in 2015.
