Teodora Anda Grosu is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Group Legal Counsel at VKR Holding A/S since October 2021, Teodora previously held significant roles at GRUNDFOS, including Lead Corporate Counsel and Head of Legal Corporate & Administration from April 2015 to October 2021. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Company Secretary at DONG Energy from September 2009 to March 2015. Earlier roles include a student assistant at Region Syddanmark and a stagiaire at the Central Denmark EU Office in Brussels. Teodora holds a Cand.Merc.Jura in Business Administration and Commercial Law from Syddansk Universitet and a Bachelor of Law from Law School in Sibiu, Romania.
