Leo van de Loock

Leo Van de Loock is an experienced project manager currently leading the Missies & Transities project at Agentschap Innoveren & Ondernemen, focusing on societal challenges within the domains of digitalization, circular economy, and environmental issues since January 2016. Previously, Leo served as a transition manager for Industry 4.0 for the Flemish Government and held various senior roles at IWT, including team leader for monitoring and director responsible for agency services, subsidy schemes, and international cooperation. Leo's career began at IWONL as an advisor for subsidy projects in construction and materials. Leo holds a Doctorate in Applied Sciences from KU Leuven, an MBA from Vlerick Business School, and a Civil Engineering degree in Construction from Ghent University.
