Jos Polfliet

Jos Polfliet is an accomplished technology leader and educator with a strong focus on artificial intelligence and natural language processing. As the Founder and CTO of WARREN since February 2025, Jos drives innovative technology initiatives. Currently serving as a lecturer at Vlerick Business School, Jos teaches Master’s students the intricacies of Natural Language Processing and its practical applications in business. Previously, Jos held the position of Chief Architect at Duco after its acquisition of Metamaze, where Jos was also the Founder and CTO. Jos has extensive experience at Faktion, where roles included VP of Applied AI and Head of Machine Learning, along with founding the widely recognized pandas-profiling project. Jos's background includes positions at SAS Belgium, SAS Canada, and AXA, complemented by an academic foundation from Ghent University with a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics.
