Tanvi Mittal serves as the HR Head APAC at VLink Inc since February 2022, leading HR strategy across the Asia-Pacific region with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development in India and Indonesia. Previously, Tanvi held the position of HR Head- India, responsible for global strategy alignment and compliance with labor laws. Prior experience includes serving as HR Manager at RSK Business Solutions Pvt Ltd, where significant improvements in employee engagement and retention were achieved, and as Manager- HR at RupeePower.com, focusing on HR strategy development and enhancing employee experiences. Tanvi holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Rajasthan Technical University and a Bachelor of Commerce from S.D Sr Sec.
