Justus Kirchhoff

Justus Kirchhoff is an experienced finance and operations leader, currently serving as Head of Finance at vly since October 2019, where responsibilities include setting up the finance department, implementing structured accounting processes, and leading a small team. Previously, as Head of Operations at vly, Justus established logistics and IT systems for distribution across multiple countries, scaled shipping capabilities, and managed third-party logistics relations. Justus also gained valuable experience through internships at notable organizations including Roland Berger, KfW, thyssenkrupp Steel Europe, and the ifo Institute. Justus holds an MPhil in Economics from the University of Cambridge and various qualifications in economics and data analysis from institutions such as Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and Peking University.
