Nikolay Panayotov

Nikolay Panayotov is the Head of Legal Department at VM Finance Group. Prior to this, Nikolay worked as a Senior Associate at Deloitte Legal and as a Co-Founder and Board Member at the Center for Legislative Evaluations and Legislative Initiatives. Nikolay has extensive experience in legal consulting, corporate management, and enforcement of collections. Nikolay holds a Master's Degree in Law from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and a Master's Degree in Corporate Management from Technical University of Varna.
