Anna Materla has a strong background in law, particularly in the areas of IT, e-commerce, and corporate law. Anna has worked as an in-house lawyer for VM.PL Software House since April 2022, where they provide legal support in various areas such as corporate matters, intellectual property, data protection, and labor law. Anna also handles contract creation, review, and negotiation, including in German and English. Prior to this, Anna worked as an in-house lawyer for Selsey from October 2021 to March 2022, where they dealt with corporate, consumer, intellectual property, and data protection issues related to e-commerce. Between 2009 and 2013, Anna Materla completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer science and econometrics from Wrocław University of Economics and Business.
