Cherie Lee

A critical contributor, Cherie manages and directs the strategic, mission-driven proposal efforts, helping to foster growth for VMD. She has more than 14 years of proposal development experience in the Civilian and Defense sector, which includes proposal management, coordination, editing, desktop publishing, graphic design, technical writing, and solution development.

Formerly, Cherie has managed proposal teams from both small and large companies such as MetroStar, ManTech, MVM, USIS, and Mission Essential Personnel where she has successfully implemented company-wide, standard business development and proposal processes. Cherie has managed single-award bids up to $900 million and has a wealth of experience with large IDIQ/GWAC responses valued up to $9 billion. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Journalism, both from West Virginia University.
