Vivien Ong Wei Yun

Vivien Ong Wei Yun is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and procurement. Currently serving as a Process Engineer and Package Engineer at VME since September 2019, Vivien is responsible for managing vendor documentation to ensure compliance with client specifications. Previous experience includes working as an Estimator at VME Technical Services Sdn Bhd, where Vivien was involved in technical and commercial proposal bids for seawater treatment and chemical injection packages. An internship at Muda Paper Mills Sdn Bhd provided hands-on experience with the paper-making process and exposure to production site operations. Earlier work as a part-time promoter at Larrie Corp involved sales promotion and stock management. Vivien holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Malaya and has an academic background with 9As in the Malaysian Education Certificate from SMJK Jit Sin.
