Eric Hamilton

Eric Hamilton is the current President at Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance. Eric has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. Before joining Vanderbilt, they were the President and CEO of Clayton Bank and Trust from July 2011 to October 2012. Prior to that, they served as the President and CEO of Aliant Bank from January 2007 to December 2011.

Colonial Bank was Hamilton's first employer where they worked their way up the corporate ladder, starting as the President and CEO of the Montgomery Region in January 2000 and eventually becoming the President and CEO of Lending Alabama and Georgia in January 2005. Eric left Colonial Bank in December 2007 to join Aliant Bank.

Hamilton is a graduate of Vanderbilt University.

Eric Hamilton has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from Auburn University.
