Andrei Panchenkov worked for VMG Group from November 2021 as a Process Technologist, and later became the Chief Technologist in March 2023. Prior to that, they worked for FLLC "VMG Swoods Export" from July 2016, starting as a Process Technologist and eventually becoming the Head of Production from December 2018 until November 2021.
Andrei Panchenkov obtained their Bachelor's degree in Technology of Woodworking Production from Belarusian State Technological University. Andrei attended the university from 2011 to 2016.
