Neha Bhandari has over 18 years of work experience in various roles within the field of Human Resources. Neha is currently the Director of Human Resources at VMock. Prior to this, they worked as the Group Head HR at LexInnova from 2018 to 2019. From 2016 to 2018, Neha served as the Head HR at Healthians.com, where they led and supported the company's vision and business goals through a positive work environment. Before that, they were the Group Head HR at Finlace Consulting Pvt. Ltd. & its Group Companies, where they grew the HR team from 50+ to 500+. Neha also worked as the Deputy Manager HR at RMSI and as an Assistant Manager HR at Future Group. Earlier in their career, they were an Officer Business Continuity Management at Barclays Shared Services, a Lead HR at IBM Daksh Business Process Services Pvt. Ltd, and a Customer Support Officer at Convergys.
