Vanessa Lee

Vanessa Lee is currently the Managing Director and Head of Private Equity in Technology and Consumer at VMS Group, an investment management firm. Prior to this role, Vanessa held the position of Executive Director in Investment Banking in Technology at China Renaissance Investment Banking, and Vice President in Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan. Vanessa has experience in managing large-scale M&A transactions, fundraising, financial modeling, and strategic partnerships. Vanessa is also a board member for several portfolio companies, advising on strategy and operations. Vanessa is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at MIT Sloan School of Management and cross-registered at Harvard Business School.
