Katie Switzer

Katie Switzer is the Senior Events Coordinator at VMUG. Katie has also worked as a marketing coordinator at the Dental Assisting National Board, and as a senior conference manager at the American Council of Life Insurers. Prior to that, they were the ABC Manager and Wine Tasting Room Hostess at Paradise Springs Winery. Katie has a wealth of experience in coordinating events and managing promotional activities.

Katie Switzer earned their Bachelor of Science from the University of South Carolina, where they majored in Sport Management with a Minor in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management. Katie is certified in Cvent Event Marketing Strategy from Cvent.

Katie Switzer reports to Margaret Bodine, Events Manager. Katie Switzer works with Delaney Reid - Events Coordinator, Drew Soukup - Senior Events & Sponsorship Associate, and Anne Daly - Events Coordinator.
