Michelle Tavares, MSN, RN has a diverse background in nursing, from serving as a Nurse Manager at Glens Falls Hospital to holding a Director role at Springfield Hospital. With experience in patient education groups for individuals with chronic mental illness and leadership roles within various organizations, Michelle has demonstrated a passion for psychiatric nursing. Currently pursuing a Post Master's Certificate as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Russell Sage College, Michelle's commitment to the field of nursing is evident in their continued education and leadership roles.
