Lina Shihabuddin M.D., Dfapa

Lina Shihabuddin, MD, DFAPA, currently serves as the Chief Population Health Officer at RWJBH Health System, a position held since August 2021, where responsibilities include leading the transition to value-based care. Lina has also held the role of Medical Director at VNA of Central Jersey since January 2010 and previously worked as the Chief Medical Officer for both the Primary Care Service Line at RWJBH-Rutgers Medical Group and the Behavioral Health Network at RWJBarnabas Health. Additionally, Lina served as an Associate Clinical Professor in Geriatric Psychiatry at Mount Sinai School of Medicine from 1993 to 2005.
