Minh Hai Pham

Minh Hai Pham has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. They started their career in 2005 as a Finance Controller and Vice Director at Dong Huong Co., Ltd, before moving on to Vietnam Auditing and Appraisal Partnership (A&A) as a Senior Consultant and Vice Director. In 2006, they joined PTI Financial and Commercial Consultancy Co., Ltd. as an Investment Manager. In 2007, they became the Corporate Finance Manager at Unilever Vietnam, where they stayed until 2013. From 2013 to 2016, Minh Hai Pham worked as the Manager of Tax & Treasury at Philip Morris Vietnam. They then joined The Grand Ho Tram Strip as a Tax Director from 2016 to 2017. In 2018, they took on the role of Head of Tax - Treasury - Inspection at Anheuser-Busch InBev, where they stayed until 2021. From 2021 to 2022, they served as the Group Tax Director at MASAN Group. Currently, Minh Hai Pham holds the position of Group Tax Director at VNG Corporation, starting in 2022. In addition to these roles, they have also worked as a Freelance Trainer for various professional training firms since 2017.

Minh Hai Pham completed a Bachelor's degree in Audit & Accounting from Hanoi National Economics University from 1996 to 2000. In addition, from 1998 to 2002, they also attained a Bachelor's degree in English from Hanoi National University of Foreign Languages. Prior to that, they received a high school diploma in Grade 10-12 from Chu Van An high school from 1993 to 1996. Minh Hai Pham has also obtained certifications in "Being a Good Mentor" and "Unconscious Bias" from LinkedIn in 2021.
