Nguyen Minh Hai

Nguyen Minh Hai is a highly skilled technical manager currently leading security initiatives for Zalo at VNG Corporation since December 2017, with a focus on compliance and security. Prior experience includes serving as a principal security engineer, where responsibilities included securing systems through pentesting and malware analysis. From September 2013 to December 2017, Nguyen was a cybersecurity data scientist at Ho Chi Minh University of Technology, developing novel malware detection methods using deep learning and the BE-PUM tool. Additionally, Nguyen worked as a malware analyst, creating advanced tools for malware analysis through static and dynamic testing. Teaching experience includes a lecturer position at Hochiminhcity University of Industry from September 2010 to December 2016. Nguyen holds a PhD in Computer Software Engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, a Master's degree from Université de Bordeaux, and a Bachelor's degree from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.
