Hignesh Hirani

Hignesh Hirani has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Hignesh began their career as a Project Lead - Java Solution Architect at Healthline Networks, Inc. in 2007 and stayed in that role until 2009. Following this, Hignesh worked as a Project Manager at Nilson Solution from 2009 to 2011, managing custom development and maintenance projects with a team of 20 members. Hignesh also led the Mobile Application Development team and successfully coordinated with clients from various regions.

In 2011, Hignesh joined Milecore Infotech Pvt. Ltd. as a Project Manager, where they played a crucial role in setting up and managing an offshore development center. Hignesh successfully grew the team size from 4 to 40+ and managed custom development and maintenance projects in multicultural and distributed team environments.

In 2013, Hignesh worked as a Manager - Mobile & Cloud Apps at Mahindra Finance, focusing on the development of mobile and cloud applications. Hignesh then joined Merchant IT Lab in 2014 as a Technical Director, where they started as a Cloud-based POS Product driven company for the Hotel & Restaurant Business. Within two years, they expanded the company into an offshore development company with a team of over 30 technical people. Hignesh was responsible for developing a state-of-the-art full restaurant management system that automated restaurant and food business operations.

Currently, Hignesh is working as a Technical Project Manager at Vnnovate Solutions Pvt Ltd, a position they have held since 2019.

Hignesh Hirani completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Commerce - Business Management, Accounts, and Economics from Gujarat University from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they attended Shri V.P.Mehta Jai Hind High School in Maninagar and completed their 12th grade with a focus on Commerce - Business Management, Accounts, and Economics from 1996 to 1998.

In terms of additional certifications, Hignesh obtained an ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor Certification from TCL - Transpacific Certifications Limited in March 2009. In February 2008, they obtained the Microsoft Certified Solution Developer certification from Microsoft. In July 2007, they also obtained the Microsoft Certified Application Developer certification from Microsoft. Furthermore, Hignesh received a Certificate in Computing from IGNOU in June 2002.
