Beatrice santa-Wood

Beatrice Santa-Wood is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in media relations and creative services, currently serving as a Media Relations and Creative Services Specialist at VNS Health since March 2022. Previously, Beatrice worked as a Media and Creative Services Strategist for the Committee to Protect Journalists, effectively managing media requests during crucial periods and successfully placing numerous op-eds. Additional roles include a Research Consultant at Open Society Foundations, where co-authorship of a published report on trust in media occurred, and significant contributions to the Columbia Journal of International Affairs in editorial capacities. Beatrice holds a Master of International Affairs degree focused on Human Rights and Humanitarian Policy from Columbia University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Beloit College.
