Patricia Deferio

Patricia Deferio currently serves as the Vice President of Upstate NY at VNS Health since February 2024, focusing on network development in the region. Prior to this role, Deferio was Vice President of Network Contracting and Provider Experience at CareCentrix from November 2021 to July 2023, where responsibilities included contracting with home-based service providers and supporting new health plan implementations.
