Mikaela Pedersen is a seasoned professional in growth and innovation, currently serving as the Head of Growth & Partner at VNTRS since January 2021 and also leading growth initiatives at Beleco and Nordic Sales Academy AB, where Mikaela is the Founder & Board Member. Additionally, Mikaela holds board positions at Frame and works as an investment coach at VEQ, a hands-on investor in the Nordic and Baltic tech scene. As Co-Founder & CEO of Growbotics, an innovation hub, Mikaela has invested in multiple startups. Previous experience includes interim CMO at Confirma Software and various roles at Renapharma AB, Equality Check, and Young Innovation Hub. Mikaela's educational background includes strategic communication studies at Berghs School of Communication and growth hacking training at Growth Tribe.
