Jeroen van Grunsven

Jeroen van Grunsven is an experienced organization advisor, trainer, and coach specializing in educational development issues, particularly in secondary education. As the owner of Jeroen van Grunsven - Regie op Onderwijsontwikkeling since March 2021, Jeroen actively addresses challenges such as process facilitation, leadership roles, and managing resistance. Jeroen currently serves as a process facilitator for Schoolleiders VO and as an education professional at De innovatiemaatschap, where collaboration with school leaders and experienced knowledge professionals is prioritized. Additionally, Jeroen is a founding member of Schoolleiders voor de Toekomst, which focuses on innovation in schools, and has held various advisory roles, including at the VO-raad. With a background as a rector at Picasso Lyceum, an innovative secondary school, Jeroen emphasizes the development of individual student talents and supports educational advancements across multiple platforms. Jeroen earned a degree in Astronomy from Leiden University.
