Lenka Caisová

Lenka Caisová is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and business operations. Currently serving as the Manager of Business Operations and HR Business Partner at Vobile since April 2025, Lenka specializes in post-acquisition integration, cross-functional workflow coordination, and talent planning. Prior to this role, Lenka was the Head of People at Pex, overseeing HR and talent acquisition operations globally and previously held various HR roles, including HR Specialist and Head of Human Resources at the University of West Bohemia. With a Ph.D. in International Relations and extensive training in HR practices, Lenka has demonstrated expertise in performance management, employee engagement, and compliance, as well as a commitment to developing effective HR policies and fostering positive workplace culture.
