Dhruval Shah

Dhruval Shah is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology management and operations. Currently serving as an Advisor Council at VOCAL Council since February 2024, Dhruval has held multiple significant roles at AT&T since 2002, including Head of Generative AI Operations & Robotics Center of Excellence and various leadership positions focusing on innovation, strategy, and service development. Prior to AT&T, Dhruval was the Director of Systems Integration at Concert Communications and held director-level roles at IDT Corporation and ISSO, where responsibilities included managing technology partnerships and overseeing international charity operations. Dhruval holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Sciences and Biology from Rutgers University - Newark and dual master's degrees in Technology Management and Business Administration from Stevens Institute of Technology.
