Evelyn Milan

Evelyn Milan is currently working as the Syrine Exchange Program Manager and Director of Naloxone program at VOCAL-NY. Previously, Evelyn held the position of Director of Programs at the same company since August 2011. Prior to that, Evelyn worked as a Public Health Educator at CitiWide Harm Reduction and as a Crisis Intervention Specialist at Lower East Side Harm Reduction Center. Evelyn attended Washington Irving for their education.
