Ahmed Gontara has a diverse work experience history. Ahmed began their career at Tunis Call Center in 2009 as an Informatician, where they worked until 2011. In 2011, they joined Phone Services as a Responsable Technique for a brief period of time. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Senior Technical Consultant at Vocalcom. In 2015, they assumed the role of Responsable de projet at Vocalcom for the entire year. Finally, in 2016, they transitioned to the position of Service & Support Director at Vocalcom, where they continue to work.

Ahmed Gontara completed their Bachelor's degree in Applied Administration and Network Security from the Institut supérieur d'électronique et de communication from 2006 to 2009. Ahmed then pursued a Master's degree in Project Management from the Université Centrale Privée d'Administration des Affaires et de Technologie from 2016 to 2018.
