Gustavo Chamber's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Gustavo started their career at Ringer S.A in 1993 as a Supervisory Technician, where they interacted with clients, coordinated tasks with the technical support team, and provided support for PBX systems and call center platforms. Gustavo worked with clients such as Telecom and YPF-PEMEX. In 2001, they joined LATECO as an Account Executive, where they developed long-term business relationships, presented telecommunications solutions, managed projects, and handled post-sales activities. Gustavo also worked as a Commercial Support Pre-Sales for LATECO, where they designed solutions in contact center and PBX technologies for clients such as TOTVS - DATASUL, SANTANA TEXTILES, and EXACTOR BPO. In 2020, they joined Vocalcom as a Support Analyst, responsible for technical support coordination for a multinational insurance company using products like VOCALCOM and Cisco Call Manager.
