Oussama MAHMOUD has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Oussama started their career in 2010 as a Technicien Supérieur Informatique at Open Solutions, where they worked until September 2010. From September 2010 to May 2013, Oussama served as an IT Manager at Challenge Call Center. In September 2013, they joined BRAHA CALL SUARL as a Directeur Technique and worked there until February 2014. In February 2014, they joined Vocalcom as a Technical Consultant and later took on the role of Senior Support & Service Engineer in March 2016. Currently, Oussama is working at Vocalcom as a Project Manager since January 2019. Oussama also holds certifications in ITIL®, PSM™, and PSPO™.

Oussama Mahmoud holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Management from the Institut Supérieur de Comptabilité et d'Administration des Entreprises de Tunis, which they earned from 2007 to 2010. Oussama is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering at the Ecole Polytechnique Internationale, with an expected completion date of 2022.

In terms of certifications, Oussama Mahmoud has obtained several relevant qualifications. In 2017, they earned the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice. In 2020, they achieved the Professional Scrum Master I and Professional Scrum Product Owner I certifications from Scrum.org. Oussama also obtained the Scrum Fundamentals Certified certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile, as well as the Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from 6SIGMAstudy - The global certification body for six sigma certifications. Additionally, they hold the CCNA Exploration 2: Routing Protocols and concepts and CCNA Exploration 1: Network fundamentals certifications from the Cisco Networking Academy, which were obtained in 2014.
