Seyla My has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Seyla began their career in 2003 as a Geek Squad Agent at Best Buy and worked in this role until 2008. Seyla then joined Verizon Wireless as a Remedy/Crystal Support Co-op for a year before returning to Best Buy as a Geek Squad Agent until 2010. Seyla then transitioned to Vocera Communications where they worked as a Technical Support Engineer IV from 2010 to 2016. In 2016, they briefly worked as a Senior Support Engineer at Bromium before returning to Vocera Communications as a Senior Implementation Engineer. Currently, Seyla holds the position of Regional Manager, Implementation Engineering at Vocera Communications.
Seyla My earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of the Pacific, where they studied from 2004 to 2009. In addition to their degree, Seyla has obtained several certifications. In May 2013, they became a Certified Wireless Network Administrator through CWNP. In December 2013, they obtained the Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP) certification from Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company. Lastly, in July 2015, Seyla became a Certified Wireless Design Professional (CWDP) through CWNP.
