Bruce Maxwell

Bruce Maxwell has over 14 years of experience in the business world. Bruce began their career in 2006 as the Principal of Maxwell Consulting, providing interim CEO, COO and CFO services to technology startups. Bruce also served as a Board Member for Desktream, Inc. (DBA WorldDesk) in 2006. In the same year, Bruce became the CFO of Volantis Systems, Inc. at the request of its CEO. From 2011 to 2017, Bruce was the CEO and CFO of Elastrix, LLC. In 2017, Bruce returned to Maxwell Consulting as the Principal, serving startups with go-to-market strategies, business models, and raising capital. In 2019, Bruce became the Chief Executive Officer of Beacon Health Benefits, Inc. and in 2020 they took on the role of Fractional CFO for both Climate Action Now and Vocinity, Inc. Bruce currently serves as the Principal at Maxwell Consulting.

Bruce Maxwell obtained a BA in Bruce'story and Economics from Swarthmore College between 1976 and 1980. Bruce then attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where they earned an MBA in Business between 1986 and 1988.
