Claire Rennie has over 30 years of work experience in various customer service roles. Before that, Claire was a Customer Service Manager at Warwickshire Direct - Warwickshire County Council, where they managed a customer service center. Claire also worked as a Customer Service Team Leader at Holiday Lettings Ltd, where they were responsible for developing the team, systems, and processes. Earlier in their career, Claire held various customer service roles at Mondelēz International and Kraft Foods Group, where they managed teams, implemented CRM systems, and project-managed customer route to market changes. Claire started their career at Kraft Foods as a Customer Service Trainer, where they highlighted training and development needs and facilitated training for CRM rollout projects.

Claire Rennie attended Banbury School from 1984 to 1989, where they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. Following that, they enrolled at North Oxfordshire Tech College from 1989 to 1991 and obtained a BTech National Diploma in Business and Finance.
