Geoff Soper

Geoff Soper has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Geoff is currently working as a Product Owner at VoCoVo since September 2021. Prior to this, Geoff worked at Civica from 2016 to 2021, where they held multiple roles including Senior Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, and Product Owner. During their time at Civica, they gained experience in domains such as finance, healthcare, and education, and worked with clients such as Nationwide Building Society, Education Scotland, and HESA. Geoff also worked at Education Scotland as a Business Analyst from 2020 to 2021, contributing to a digital transformation alpha project. Geoff supported and coached the customer-side Product Manager and conducted interviews to validate UX prototypes. Geoff worked at HESA as a Business Analyst from 2018 to 2019, supporting their transformation program with a cloud-based data collection and dissemination portal. Additionally, Geoff has experience working at Nationwide Building Society, Serco, IPL, Rail Delivery Group, and O2 (Telefónica UK) in various technical and analytical roles.

Geoff Soper has a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering (MEng) from the University of Bath, which they obtained between 1997 and 2002. Additionally, they have obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from the Scrum Alliance in June 2021.
