Bhavesh Magan

Bhavesh Magan has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Bhavesh started working as an Assistant Manager at KPMG South Africa in 2006, where they gained extensive experience in information technology governance. Bhavesh then joined MTN in 2009 as a Revenue Assurance and Fraud Analyst. In 2013, Bhavesh moved to Absa Group, where they held multiple positions, including Acting Head of Technology Risk, Senior Strategy Consultant, and Senior Manager Digital Product. Currently, they are working at Vodacom as a Principal Specialist: Product Owner - Consumer FinTech.

Bhavesh Magan holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Johannesburg from 2003 to 2005. Bhavesh also holds a Higher Diploma in Computer Auditing from the University of the Witwatersrand. Additionally, Bhavesh Magan has certifications in Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA.
