Grace Kandolo has a diverse work experience in finance and audit roles. Grace is currently the Head of Finance Operations at Vodacom since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at EY for several years, starting as a Junior Financial Auditor in March 2012 and progressing to roles such as Assistant Manager Audit and Manager Audit Services. In their roles at EY, Grace was responsible for various tasks including market identification, risk management, mentoring and coaching, budgeting, financial accounting advisory, and administration. Before joining EY, Grace had an internship at BASF. Overall, Grace's experience showcases their expertise in finance operations, audit services, risk management, and mentoring.

Grace Kandolo completed a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Suffolk in 2022. Prior to that, they became fully qualified as an Associate in Management Accounting from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants between 2012 and 2018.

In 2010, Grace obtained an Honours degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Pretoria. Before that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management from the same university between 2007 and 2009.

Additionally, Grace has obtained several certifications, including a Power BI: Dashboards for Beginners certificate from LinkedIn in 2022, an IFRS certificate from AICPA in 2020, and a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA, CGMA) designation from CIMA in 2019. Grace is also an Expert Comptable Agréé (Chartered Accountant) from the Organisation des Experts Comptables au Congo (ONEC) obtained in 2019.
