Raaziq Parker

Raaziq Parker is a professional with experience in various roles related to chatbots and automation. Currently, Raaziq works at Vodacom as a Group Manager for AI & Automation and as a Manager & Product Owner for Chatbot Digital Channels. Prior to Vodacom, Raaziq gained experience as a Freelance Web Designer at Amava Web Design. Raaziq also has a background in tutoring, specifically in database principles and information systems, from their time at the University of Cape Town and Vrygrond Community Lab. Raaziq holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree in Information Systems from the University of Cape Town.
