Annapurna worked at various companies, including Vodafone Idea Limited, Vodafone, International Paper, IBM India Pvt Ltd, CA Technologies, HCL Technologies, and T V Rao Learning Systems Pvt Ltd. Their roles have included Vice President HR, Vice President-HRBP, Culture, Communication and D&I, Head of HR, Regional C&B Head and COE Leader, GM - Talent and Rewards, DGM - HR, Lead - Total Rewards and Sr HR Business Partner, and Center Manager.
