Mansi Ghai

Mansi Ghai has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Mansi is currently working as a CVM Ops Lead at Vodafone Idea Limited since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Flytxt from 2015 to 2022, starting as an Assistant Manager and later becoming a Deputy Manager. In this role, they handled consultation and marketing operations, with a focus on service marketing, customer and operation, and data analysis. Before Flytxt, Mansi worked at Tata Docomo from 2010 to 2015. Mansi held various roles including Executive, Senior Executive, and Retention-Customer Service Delivery. Their responsibilities included managing service marketing operations, communication, and customer service delivery.

Mansi Ghai completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Development and Marketing at Amity University from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Senior Secondary School from 2003 to 2004. Mansi also completed their Higher Secondary education from 2001 to 2002. Mansi Ghai has obtained additional certifications in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn (anticipated completion in 2023) and Digital Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn (completed in 2021).
