Ronak Patel

Ronak Patel has over 18 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Ronak started their career in 2002 as an Assistant Manager at Tata Teleservices Ltd. Ronak then joined Idea Cellular Ltd in 2006, where they held various positions including Senior Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Deputy General Manager. In 2018, Ronak joined Vodafone Idea Limited as a Deputy General Manager and later progressed to the role of Vice President Customer Service Operations. Currently, they serve as the Vice President Postpaid & Customer Service Head at Vodafone Idea Limited.

Ronak Patel completed a post-graduate diploma in Marketing from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) Navi Mumbai from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a master's degree in commerce (M.com) from Maharaja Sayajirao University from 1997 to 2002.
