Ronak Patel has over 18 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Ronak started their career in 2002 as an Assistant Manager at Tata Teleservices Ltd. Ronak then joined Idea Cellular Ltd in 2006, where they held various positions including Senior Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Deputy General Manager. In 2018, Ronak joined Vodafone Idea Limited as a Deputy General Manager and later progressed to the role of Vice President Customer Service Operations.
