Samir Gokhale has a diverse work experience in the field of brand and marketing. Samir started their career at Worldspace Satellite Radio as a Marketing Executive, where they handled communication campaigns, coordinated events and promotions, and managed merchandise distribution. Samir then joined Vodafone as a Sr. Executive and later as an Assistant Manager, where they focused on brand management, campaign creation, and media planning.
Samir then worked at American Express as an Assistant Manager, where they handled brand adherence, communication, lead generation, and website management. Samir then moved to Discovery Communications India as Manager Marketing, responsible for brand management, marketing communication, and website management.
After that, Samir joined Ogilvy as a Client Services Director, where they led 360 projects, managed brand consistency, and worked on brand strategy. Currently, they are working at Vodafone Idea Limited, holding various roles including Brand Head, National Brand Lead, and Vice President - Brand & Communication (Products).
Samir Gokhale pursued a BA Hons. in English Literature at Delhi University from 2005 to 2010. During the same period, they also earned a PGDBA in Marketing from SCDL. Prior to that, from 1988 to 2001, they attended Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram.
