Santosh Harkare

Santosh Harkare has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Santosh started their career at Idea Cellular Ltd, where they held various roles including Senior Manager, Deputy General Manager, and General Manager. During their time at Idea Cellular, they were responsible for managing radio and core operations, overseeing OFC operations, and leading infrastructure projects. Santosh also provided regulatory support and managed telecom managed services. In 2018, Santosh joined Vodafone Idea Limited as a General Manager, where they were responsible for network operations and cost savings. Santosh later became Vice President, leading strategy, architecture design, planning, and project execution for Vodafone Idea Limited's data centers. Santosh also played a crucial role in designing and deploying cloud infrastructure within the network. Throughout their career, Santosh has demonstrated their expertise in network optimization, budgeting, capacity planning, and project execution.

Santosh Harkare received a Certificate in Leadership Skills from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2023. Santosh also obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Operations Management and Supervision from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, they earned a Diploma in Electronics and Radio Engineering from Govt. Polytechnic College and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University.
