Sivakumar also held the position of Global Business Development Director - Access at ADVA Optical Networking and Technical Director - Advanced Services at Cisco. Sivakumar also has significant experience at Vodafone India, where they held various roles including Associate Vice President - Core Network Strategy & Architecture, Associate Vice President & Head - Business Solutions, and General Manager - Enterprise Pre-Sales. Before Vodafone India, they worked at Tata Communications as General Manager - Global IP and MPLS Engineering Center and Engineering Manager - Global IP & MPLS. Sivakumar K started their education at Govt High School Anchal, where they earned their SSLC degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from 1980 to 1990. Sivakumar then attended SN College, Punalur from 1990 to 1992, where they completed their Pre-Degree in Science and English. Sivakumar went on to obtain a Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering from the Board of Technical Education, Karnataka, studying from 1992 to 1995. Additionally, they attended the Hindustan Electronics Academy in Bangalore during the same period. Lastly, Sivakumar pursued a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications at Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology - SMU from 2008 to 2010.
