Sriram Viswanathan

Sriram Viswanathan is an experienced telecommunications professional with a strong background in core operations and project management. Currently serving as GM of Core Operations for Tamil Nadu and Kerala at Vodafone Idea Limited since July 2017, Sriram has previously held significant roles at Idea Cellular Ltd, including DGM overseeing operations and maintenance for core and VAS, as well as Sr. Manager for managing the GSM network in Tamil Nadu and Chennai. Prior experience includes managing GSM and CDMA projects at Nortel Networks and serving as Implementation Manager at Sasken Network Engineering Ltd. Earlier professional roles include Sr. Engineer positions at Reliance Infocom and BPL Mobile. Sriram holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication from Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering and a Diploma in Electronics and Communication from MAM Polytechnic.
