Vikash Soundararajan

Vikash Soundararajan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and management within the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Regional Service Head at Vodafone Idea Limited since April 2016. In this role, Vikash oversees a team of service managers and field service personnel across the Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh-Telangana clusters. Vikash progressed through various positions at Vodafone, including DGM and AGM in Customer Service, where responsibilities expanded to managing enterprise customer service teams and field service management. Prior to this, Vikash held senior roles at Vodafone, involving project management and business development within the National Fulfillment and Backoffice Operations division. Vikash began the career as a Business Development Executive at Fal Industries Limited and holds an MBA in HR and Marketing from Pondicherry University, alongside a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
