Ciprian Zamfirescu

Ciprian Zamfirescu has extensive experience in technology and innovation, serving as the Head of Innovation & Business Development and Digital Transformation Manager at Vodafone from August 2014 to September 2023. In these roles, Ciprian led initiatives in Digital and Agile Transformation, focusing on network development, Big Data analytics, process automation, Agile strategy, and 5G deployment. Additionally, Ciprian has a background in academia as a Transmission Engineer at the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, where activities included research on Beyond 5G communications and Network Slicing. Ciprian holds a PhD in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering, as well as a Master of Technology in the same field, both obtained from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
